Practical AI & Digital Transformation Services

ADTL Africa's services are designed for schools, SMEs, institutions, and organisations across Africa that require practical digital infrastructure, capability-building programmes, and AI-enabled tools — grounded in local context and focused on measurable outcomes.

What We Deliver

ADTL Africa's work is organised around three integrated pillars — SME and School Digital Transformation, Capacity Building, and the Personalised SHS AI Tutor. The services below reflect the specific capabilities within each pillar, available to schools, businesses, institutions, and partners across Africa.

Software Development — ADTL Africa service

Software Development

What it is
Custom web systems and digital platforms designed for African institutions and SMEs. ADTL Africa delivers professional websites with hosting included at no cost for low-fee private schools and small businesses, alongside custom internal tools and dashboards.
Who it is for
Low-fee private schools, small and medium-sized enterprises, and organisations that need reliable, affordable digital products aligned with their operational goals and community context.
Outcome
A professional online presence and functional digital infrastructure — giving schools and SMEs the digital footprint previously accessible only to well-resourced institutions.
AI Automation — ADTL Africa service

AI Automation

What it is
AI-assisted workflow systems and process automation for repetitive business and administrative operations. ADTL Africa integrates practical AI tools that reduce manual effort in scheduling, reporting, communications, and data entry.
Who it is for
Teams and organisations with manual bottlenecks in operations, administration, student management, or customer support — particularly schools and SMEs with lean staff structures.
Outcome
Reduced cycle time, fewer administrative errors, and greater output capacity — allowing staff to focus on higher-value activities rather than routine processing.
Data & BI — ADTL Africa service

Data & BI

What it is
Data dashboards and decision intelligence systems for leadership, programme teams, and school administrators. ADTL Africa has delivered operational dashboards for school enrolment tracking, performance monitoring, and administrative reporting.
Who it is for
School principals, SME owners, and programme managers who need clear, trusted data on enrolment, performance, operations, and outcomes — without requiring technical expertise to use.
Outcome
Better planning, stronger accountability, and evidence-based decision-making — including more effective tracking of student progress, resource allocation, and operational performance.
Digital Infrastructure — ADTL Africa service

Digital Infrastructure

What it is
Foundational digital systems setup including website hosting, virtual classroom environments, and blended learning infrastructure. ADTL Africa provides hosting at no additional charge and sets up virtual classroom tools to support blended learning models.
Who it is for
Low-fee private schools and SMEs transitioning from fragmented or absent digital tools to structured, functional platforms that support their daily operations and community engagement.
Outcome
Stable, accessible digital operations and a scalable technology backbone — enabling schools to communicate with parents, manage records, and support learning beyond physical classrooms.
Educational AI Solutions — ADTL Africa service

Educational AI Solutions

What it is
AI-enabled learning tools built specifically for the Ghanaian education context. ADTL Africa is developing a personalised AI tutor trained exclusively on the Ghana Senior High School curriculum and approved textbooks, designed for low-bandwidth environments to ensure accessibility across all communities.
Who it is for
Secondary schools, education partners, and institutions seeking to integrate AI meaningfully into teaching and learning — without relying on general-purpose tools that lack curriculum alignment and contextual relevance.
Outcome
Every SHS student with access to 24/7 curriculum-aligned question-and-answer support, step-by-step explanations, and practice questions — addressing educational inequality by giving rural and under-resourced students the same learning support as those in well-funded urban schools.
Capacity Building — ADTL Africa service

Capacity Building

What it is
Three distinct hands-on programmes: the Teacher AI Integration Training Programme (GH₵ 150 per teacher, hybrid delivery over two days), the SHS Software Development Bootcamp (GH₵ 200 per student, five days campus-based), and the University Coding and App Development Programme (cohort-based, project-driven). All programmes award an ADTL Africa Certificate of Completion.
Who it is for
Basic and Secondary School teachers seeking to use AI ethically and effectively in their teaching practice; SHS Elective ICT students whose curriculum has not equipped them with practical software development skills; and university students seeking hands-on development experience that improves career readiness.
Outcome
Teachers equipped to generate differentiated instructional materials and use AI to reduce administrative workload. SHS students leaving with a personal website, a working Android application prototype, and a certificate. University students with hands-on development experience that improves their readiness for Ghana's technology sector.
