Career Opportunities
ADTL Africa is guided by an experienced multidisciplinary team with expertise spanning artificial intelligence, software engineering, education, research, partnerships, and communications. We are building a not-for-profit organisation that delivers practical digital transformation across Africa — and we are always looking for individuals who combine professional capability with a genuine commitment to social impact.
Working at ADTL Africa
ADTL Africa operates at the intersection of innovation, education, and economic empowerment. Our work is implementation-first — every role contributes directly to programmes, systems, and solutions that serve schools, SMEs, youth, and communities across Africa. We do not offer theoretical advisory; we build things, train people, and document results.
Team members work across our three strategic pillars: SME and School Digital Transformation, Capacity Building Programmes, and the Personalised SHS AI Tutor. Depending on the role, this may involve facilitating the Teacher AI Integration Training Programme, supporting the five-day SHS Software Development Bootcamp, building the AI tutor's curriculum-aligned architecture, delivering web systems and dashboards to schools and businesses, or managing institutional partnerships and communications.
ADTL Africa is committed to social impact above profit. We prioritise inclusive digital growth and believe that Africa's digital future depends on human capital built at every level — from secondary school students encountering software development for the first time, to SME owners digitising their operations. If that mission drives your professional work, we want to hear from you.
